To Move-up by e-mail, simply fill in the Word Document form,
and e-mail it as an attachment to us at smithkj@sympatico.ca

Instructions - click on the word document link above. Save the
file to your hard drive. Open file in MS Word and fill in the blanks. After adding
required information, save the file. Send
to us as
an email attachment.

NOTE:
You must remember
that we often leave for the show the day
before it starts, and stay at the show for the duration. Therefore we cannot
guarantee that any Move-up sent later that 48 hours before the start of the show
will be received. We recommend if you are inside this time window that
you move your dog up in person a minimum of one hour before the start of the
show
